| Can I send a gift delivery? |

Yes you can! Simply enter your friends information under the "delivery address" section of the checkout page. Also, please specify that this is a delivery gift in the order notes. You can even throw in a custom message in the order notes and we will make sure your friend receives the message! |
| Do you charge a delivery fee? |
| |
NO! All you have to do is meet our order minimum of $10, delivery is always FREE! |
| How am I able to order tobacco products? |
| |
You can order tobacco products just like any of our other products. BUT, to order cigarettes, cigars, or any other tobacco related product, you must be over the age of 18 and have ID available at the time of delivery. If you don't have ID available, we will not be able to make your delivery so please do not order. |
| How can I order using my Madtown Munchies Gift Card? |

If you'd like to order using your Madtown Munchies Gift Card you will have to follow one of the two options below:
-Apply it to your account by signing into your account, clicking on "my account" and then clicking on "apply a gift certificate to your account".
-Apply a gift card code toward the balance of your order by placing your order as usual and simply clicking on "apply a gift certificate" at the bottom of the one page checkout. |
| How come an item I ordered last night is no longer listed on the menu? |

Occasionally we run out of stock of specific products and therefore they are temporarily removed from the menu, however we do our best to re-stock within a day or two. |
| How do I buy a gift certificate? |

Add the gift card product to your online shopping cart and then you will be redirected to a page where you may enter the details of the gift certificate. Please email us at info@madtownmunchies.com if you have any questions about ordering a gift certificate |
| How do I know if you will deliver to my address? |

Please view the delivery area map on the left side navigation menu or email us at info@madtownmunchies.com to insure that we deliver to your area. |
| How do I view all of the products offered by Madtown Munchies? |

Simply click on the "All Products" section or go to the bottom of any page and click on "Product Index". |
| I lost my gift card information, can you send it to me again? |

If you were originally e-mailed gift card details, we can send another e-mail to the same address it was originally sent. Please send an e-mail to info@madtownmunchies.com with your name and the order # for the order placed to purchase the gift card.
If you received a hard copy of your gift card, unfortunately we will not be able to send you that information again. Hard Copy gift certificates are treated like cash, and therefore can not be issued more then once. |
