| Can I order even though you aren't making deliveries right now? |

Yes, absolutely. If you order during the day, your order will be bagged and sent out for delivery immediately after we open that night (we open at 6 PM every day of the week). So, feel free to order at anytime, but please keep in mind that we only make deliveries 6pm-3am, 7 days a week. |
| I just ordered, how long do I have to wait!? |

Not very long, prepare to munch! But seriously, delivery is usually done in under 30 minutes. |
| My credit card won't go through, what should I do? |

First, make sure you have entered the right billing address including the correct billing zip code. If you think you have the right billing address and it still isn't working, please email orders@madtownmunchies.com for further assistance! |
| Has my order already been sent out for delivery? |

Your delivery will be made in the order it was received. If you would like to know if your order is already on the way, please email orders@madtownmunchies.com. Thanks! |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has already been delivered, the order is no longer editable. |
| An item is missing from my order. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Make sure that you placed your order correctly and that it includes all the items you wanted. If you have any problems don't hesitate to email us at orders@madtownmunchies.com. Please include your order number and missing items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. |
| What is your return policy? |

Once your order is placed, it is delivered immediately. So, we are not able to accept returns. |
| When will my order be delivered? |

Your order will be delivered in the order in which it was received. The average delivery takes just under 30 minutes. Don't worry, your munchies will be there very shortly! |
